1. Small lap dogs allowed out of season. They must be kept under control, on leads and be fully vaccinated. R10.00/day.
2. NO CATS ALLOWED
3. Deposit stipulated on reservation confirmation must be made to confirm your booking, and the balance paid 1 week BEFORE arrival low season. 4 weeks BEFORE arrival high season
4. No Refunds for late arrivals / early departures. Any camper wanting to vacate early for any reason (including weather) will forfeit the monies paid.
5. Cancellation fee of 10% will be levied 3 days prior to arrival - low season and 50% in Peak Season 7 - 21 days arrival. Less then 7 days 100% of booking.
6. Assistance in setting up caravan tents will be charged at R25 p/p/ per hour.
